Roger Wampler at Border Ops working on Russell's jeep,he drove for one of the CO's He's the one to my left.In the back ground is the delivery end of the mess hall.Allen Burk and Sgt. Johnson(not the one in the pic.)and I were the only 3 that kept the border jeeps going
